You must have oily skin.. try not to use moisturizes that are too oily.

wash with the appropriate skin care stuff ..ask the pharmacist which is best.. and cut out all sugar from your diet... I mean all all processed foods foods that are pre fixed like macaroni and cheese, all sweets, candy, chocolate, ..drink biyo badan and basically eat meat, fruit iyo vegetables that you get raw from the store ..
