who watched that documentry on BBC3? it was about this yamani westernised women that goes back to to her native home of yaman. there she reports about the life of a yamani women in yaman and the one in west (UK in this case). she makes goods points like how life is different in these two countries. but she gives bad points about muslim women/girls in Europe. like whe she's on the plane. all dressed up a typical westernised women. then all of a sudden she goes to the tiolet and changes in cabaayah when the plane is nearer to landin. lol thats annoying walahi, but it reminded me of the somali girls in london that leave their homes wearing cabayah and skirts. but as soon as they leave they change it to jeans and top!

but over all suprisingly yamanis have same culture as somalis. not because we both muslims, but things like diracs, uunsi, and qaad. they have all. they even had somali servents.

lol i know but just seen it now and im shocked, suprised. what amazes me though is the yamani women. they dressed as strict muslimah when outside. covering from head to toe. but they still skome ciggerate/shisha and even chew qaad whats up with that they giving a wrong impression dont you think? by the somalis women dont chew qaad or smoke shisha back. do they

There is also alot of mixure between somalis and yemanis. My uncle's wife is yemanis and she speaks better somali than me, and now her son married a Yemanis and she sure as hell speaks better somali than me.
