Time to hit the gym and football season

Mans going to work on those abs biceps triceps getting the full six pack and muscles in 2 months inshallah mans going to get hench and work out proper and bare football styl. I use to work out but left the gym but still worked out at home and went a bit fat baruur huun not looking to go proper big muscles like them 1s on steroids but just to be fit and feel worked out. 8)
