Seasonal Allergies are Kicking my Ass

I know some of you suffer from Seasonal allergies and I do feel sorry for you because allergies are a focking curse. Anyway what do you guys do to remedy the symptoms of seasonal allergies? I don't really want to mess with any medicine so do you guys know of any herbs or things of that sort that may relieve the symptoms?

Basra it has something to do with diet but with the immune system. I am pretty healthy and I eat healthy. I have never been sick to the point where I had to sleep even for an hour since I was 8 years old. I thank Allah for that. But ever since the spring before the last one, I have been having problems with this shit and I am thinking it has something to do with a change in my diet. Anyway Somalinet is the most useless website I have ever come across.

Fah, I drink Shaah all the time saaxib.......actually I quit now but I know that doesn't help.

Qansa have two cloves of garlic every morning and every night...i know its anti-social but u could chew some parsley leaves or use mouth spray

Also grate some ginger and simmer it with water for 10 mins then drink it..works wonders.

Last time I had it was March and now all of sudden its back this week!
me, my family and friends --it goes from one person to another! Infact since the year 2008 begin everybody is complaining about sickness, is in the hospital or are taking medication -I don't know what is going on!

Sometimes the medicine is gonna make you even sicker -so try some of this things!

Herbal tea
Orange juice (vatimin c)
Honey (good for soar throat and coughing)
Pruin juice (to clean your colon system)
Chicken soup or goat soup (spicy ones are good -it will make you sweat)
Drink lots of fluids and rest
Don't exercise or do alot of work!

Qansa- this happen when u moved to a different city--you probably shook hands with someone who suffered from that allergy, i think they have a fancy name for it.I think is sinustisis or something. Anyway, it has NOTHING to do with diet. I know Qansa...in your condition.. ...u blame everything on 'diet' but walaahi it has nothing to do with diet. Its a seasonal allergy that is infectious--u will continue to have these allergies outbreaks until your immune systems gets used to it and fights it back! Every spring or fall it will be better!

Do u sneeze alot, red eyes, nasal drips? Napkins on hands all the time during this season???

Qansa this is one that is terribly infectious and uncomfortable. This allergies comes with a lot of sniffings. Thats the most annoying part of it!
