French boys record rape on mobile phone -- judicial source

PARIS -- Two boys have been charged in France for the rape of a 10-year-old girl that they recorded on video using a mobile phone and showed to friends at their Paris area school, a judicial source said Friday.

The rape occurred after one of the boys, aged 11, had watched a pornographic film with his 12-year-old friend and his sister and decided to reproduce scenes from the movies, the source said.

The two boys from the Montfort-l'Amaury school in Versailles, outside Paris, filmed the rape and showed the footage to about 100 fellow students over a week.

The boys have been detained and are due to undergo psychological testing.

Under French law, the two cannot be sentenced to a jail term as they are under 13, but they may be ordered to do community work or face some other penalty.

I disagree. Psychopaths can come from all sort of parentage. Liberals and conservatives. Both ends of extreme can cause psychopathy. Definitely childhood abuse and molestation can cause psychopaths. Children of two psychologist parents also can cause psychopathy. hint hint
