Hi Peeps I been Training More than 4 years' B 4 i start Training i was 70 Kg N am Just 87kg But i din't Use any supplement So Far Except
Nirto Tech ....Cell Tech N Fast Grow' But Nowdays a'm Thinking about Taking Some Steriods so What Do You Think About That?

But seriously, 87kg is pretty big already and also those supps you mentioned above are crap, cell tech is just sugar and creatine. Just drink a regular protein shake like optimum 100% whey and ur fine.
As for steriods, take them, if you want liver, kidney, respiratory and digestive problems.
