but who the fuk controls the revenues from Berbera port ( 1997 revenue rates reported to be 30 000 usd )
the gas taxes from TOTAL ( 300 000 usd monthly estimate by private analyst )
the taxing of private property in the major cities ( must be at least 2 mill yearly USD in Hargeisa alone )
Hargeisa airport fees ( 20 000 people yearly come back and pay each 50 dollars )

we are talking about at least 100 mill usd yearly
not 30 mill as claimed by ministry of finance SL
