QUDBO SIRO IS XAARAAM. HERE IS THE PROOF FROM RASUUL

QUDBO SIRO IS XAARAAM ACCORDING TO ISLAAM. HERE IS THE PROOF:
1.Rasuul SCW said in a narrated hadith which is Sahih " la anikaax ilaa WALIYUN washaahideyn cadli" which means No Nikah without the permission of the Wali" A male related to the girl by blood who at that time is the closest in Ethnic descendant and that whatever bad name that the girl will bring would be associated with.
2. also, another Narrated hadith from the prophet scw said" ayu mamrah nakaxat minkhayri ithni waliyuhaa fanikaaxuhaa baadil, fanikaaxuhaa baadil fanikaaxuhaa baadil. which means any woman who under go nakaah without the permission of her WALI, her nikaax is baadil which means did not happen at all and he repeated 3 times.
literally the Word SIRO means SIR which means Cheating which according to islaam is haram to cheat.

Waa la isku haystaa culumada. 2da xadith waa jiraan laakiin qolab si bey u fasireysaa. Besides, more then half of somalis are married in that way. Are you saying we are all WACALO.

Xidigow no we are not wacalo as of now. Islam forgives anything that has been done out of ignorant. If you did it while thinking it is halaal then, it is halaal but if you do it after today it is haram because you already know it is haram. If you drink Alcohol while thinking it is halaal, then it is halaal to you but if you drink it next time after knowing it is haram then it is haram.

I see your point, but what I am trying to tell you is there is an other version that say it is Halak.

Xidigow how is it halal marrying some1 with out a mahram being present
and how common was this practise in somalia (wat parts of somalia)
is ita a reer badiye thing
gabada meher bala ka bixiyaa guurkaan siirta waa xaran

You misunderstood something here. No one is disputing about the Meher. And even Meher is an agreement between the man and the women and it is paid After the nikah upon she requests or when divorce happens.
What we are talking about here is can you marry a women with the aprovel of her Wali.

if the wali/mahram of the woman has aproved for marriage wats the problem its halal marraige isnt it (i think witnesses have to be there not 100% sure)
