In "Ololihii Af-Somaliga" or "Shaqo Qaran" in which kids who have never been outside their houses (area) were sent to very far regions , Guleid who was from Baacaad Weyn was sent to Mogadisho..A reer Xamar family took good care of him, they were so nice to him that when he returned home he told his family about the great hospitality he recieved from the reer Xamar family.
His family, decided to send the Reer Xamars the best present they can give...So after a long time they brought a Camel to the family...
The kids of the Reer Xamar family were all so excited, but their father disappointed them when he said " Sorry we can't keep it"...
Kids were like, "But why dad"
The dad said:
Iley ma maqashay?
Lugey ma maqashay?
Dhegey Ma Maqashay?
Gacamay ma maqashay?
Fooley ma maqashay?
Waxaas oo dhan kii geystey waaye...

Xiddigow,
So did eat meat as breakfast?
Is it true what they say about Galkaio camels?
"Ookiyaale oo loo geliyaa si ay dhagaxa caws u moodaan"
Dhinacee degannayd? Isn't it weird that they lived two different locations in the town

Qabiilistayaal waaye walllee...

I sure did eat HILIB for breakfast.
But about the camels.
I stayed in wadajir and every afternoon I used to go Yameyska for swiming.

I went too Bacaadweyne In Febuar this year! its a chilly nice lil town! even though the people there are known for "Eegin" but after all all tuulos are like that! I remember the Maqaayad staff were being nasty with the girls thou! telling them "maanta waa maalin aad u kulul in aan is qawiya ihayso"
BTW my family live right next too Cumar Samatar Secondary school! loads of fights use too happend after school! my cousins go there! their uniform is White.

And what is your age?

Don't say you are another 16 yrs old?
The song is not by Dige it is by a guy called Bagaag...who as I said was one of the first or second graduates of Omar Samatar..
