Was that the year a last proper somali government collapsed and our people destroyed live and property insteade of doing like our neighbours Ethiopia who when Mingiste regime collaped did not loot and kill everybody,how can we go back to that point of time when everything was fixable/solveable and we took the harder root so is it possible to go back in that date where all the buildings and government departments where standing,should we not our lessons for last 17 years?.

You dont get it
From the start there was bais and funneling of all the countries economic wealth southwards. Many were marginalised from the start and had no significance in the greater scheme of the dictatorial regime.
Somalis had no option and many accepted circumstances as they did not have the power or ability to change it.
To say let us go back to how things were is an insult.
Those who refuse to acknowledge History are doomed to repeat it.
