German newspaper Bild released pictures of Amy Winehouse wearing what the paper says is a diaper, fuelling rumours that the singer is on the edge of her mental stability.

The troubled star was wearing what appeared to be a diaper under her flowery dress when she went to visit her jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil at London's Pentonville Prison.



The Bild report showed pictures of Amy in the diaper with the headline "Does Amy Winehouse carry diapers now?"



The photograph was taken just moments before the singer lashed out at paparazzi outside her London home after missing an appointment to see her jailed husband.

The couple have been apart for seven months of their 12 month marriage, due to Blake's incarceration. He is awaiting trial on charges of grievous bodily harm and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
