Adultery, yes there is a hadith that talks about stoning

Fornication between unmarried, the punishment in the Qur'an is lashes

But you need FOUR VALID WITNESSES for a judge to even CONSIDER the cases at all...without it, you can't do anything.

You're right Fah..but some scholars say there is no stoning for adultery too.
