The funny thing about the Gaalkacyo dispute is that, the Dhabayaco is too weak and girlie to assert their full and complete control of the city. And the Sacad are too weak and too poor to do it either. So here you have a dispute that will just keep on going until one puts up the balls to stand up to the task and tells the other "you re either under us, or out of the city".


Take Ceerigabo for example. The Dooros know what is in store for them if they try to fock with the Habaryoonis.

In 1991, Mujaahid Talaabo leading the 7th and 21th bregade of the SNM, mostly purely Gadhweyn melitiamen, entered Ceerigaabo and told everyone that the city was under Somaliland rule "whether you love it or loath it". From that day onwards, the city remained under Habaryoonis mayor and Habaryoonis district commissioner, and Habaryoonis regional governor.

If the Dhabayaco is powerful surely they would have asserted their control on the city. They hardly control the Southern side of the city. Badhaxley is essentially the capital of the GalMudug State. The Dhabayaco can not do shyt about that. The Sacad clearly are trying to piss you off in whatever way they can.

Surely, the delima faced by the Dhabayaco is clear. They want to take control of the city in a bytchy and girlie way by keep bribing the Sacads as long as they can. But that isn't working as we see it today. The Airport is closed and this is not the first time. Obviously the Dhabayaco have no guts to stand up and do something to end this. Because if they could, they could have done it before. It is buffling as to how the Dhabayaco wants to control the Airports and other income generating points but yet is too affraid to call a spade a spade and assert its complete control over the whole city.

The airport is in south of the town and we all know hutus live in the south

they throw some bombs but right now Puntland soldiers are in the airport and all Hutus were forced to sleep

Here is how i see it all. The Sacads have been busy in Mogadishu's new found richies and bounty for the past 16 or so years. Galkacyo was a small fish for them all these years and they never gave it a priority. During this time long, the Dhabayaco thrived in Galkaacayo b/c the Sacads never gave a shyt about it.

But since your uncle and his Xabashi masters have made Mogadishu a battle ground between the righteous and the Dabodhilifs of the Xabashi, the Sacads are only now going to return to their roots in Mudug and Galgaduud regions. So when you say that your clan is peaceful, you should remember that what is happening Mogadishu today is a result of your clan's Dabodhilifness.

And what is happening in Gaalkacyo now, is just a result of the unrest of Mogaidishu.

Not really dude! everyone thinks that! even I thought that before I went there myself! the airport is located outside the city! its not closer too Baraxley. Most of the people who live on the outskirt of Gaalkacyo are poor people or xoolo dhaqato or in some casses, Sheqaal and Dir(they are netruel, even though they do have their fair share of jaajusyal)

The Airport is not fairly managed! but that gives them no reason too trow bombs and hand granads! they have not contributed with shidh, nor the building(Dayactiir) or the running of the airport. So I dont see why they should be given share of the money! also as long as they refuse too work with the rest of the population they shall not see a penny.

And Yawle you dont know a shidh abti! dont compare the dusty lil city of Ceerigabo too Gaalkacyo! we are fierce fighters, we are not dominated! we dominate capish.

All i am saying is that we got nothing to lose.

If war starts than walahi all of Galkayo will be in flames, Mjs would be made homeless and refugge's.

At the end of the day, they have more to lose than us.

5, 000 more sacad men have recently come to Galkayo to hold defensive positions.

We killed 10 Mjs as warning just yesterday and we will kill more if they do not sumbit to Sacad Rule

i think this dispute is between Sacad & Cumar maxamud. So others shoudl stay away from it, particularly other HG. But may be other MJs can help.
