Growing up in London really takes a heavy hit on young somalis, speaking from experience i believe the only thing that can save young somali generation from Messing up and drifting towards the road of uncertainty is ISLAM & SOMALINIMO.
Trus mainly it depends of How SOMALI ur family is and how they actively try to save their kids from that black road of being just another no-body, going back home and seeing that you are somebody from a country and culture and tradition who has to deliver the expectations of ur family and homeland is the soul and answer to all these peoples problems..

see the uk is a funny place, it either Makes you or Breaks you, theres no inbetween....

Newboy, Look at this from a Younga's angle, born and bred in uk, surrounded by the usual sh'it crime, gaalo, style, music, drugs... not that all youngstas drift towards this but but the majority with out them never ralising and seeing and seeing who they are they will never come out on top.
Families need to make an effort to take these youths back back leave them their for a while, specially if they were born here..its either that or no way out
