I mean there's two sides to this.

A guy 'may' have tricked her into it...i love you blah blah blah kind of story. Or the girl may have been pressurised by peers. Or she may have had the genuine intention of wanting to. You never know so careful not to judge.

Both a girl and guy can be a virgin, although it may be easier to tell with a girl in heinsight both man and woman are equal infront of Allah ta'ala and therefore without repentence you will be punsihed for it!
