Actually the throat slitting rapist tigre Militia is in worse condition than they were a year ago. The initial objective has yet to be achieved, the pacification of Mogadishu. The insurgency is much more stronger than a year ago.


The throat slitting Tigre militia has become a liability. Instead of fighting the insurgency they are cowardly shelling civilian markets, looting people, raping women.
