People just have to forgive and overlook? if Allah the All Mighty the Merciful s.w.t can forgive..why cant humans??

Nayaada, if a man is supposedly "paying" full price for a woman and she happens to need some work down on her for previous "mild" damages, isnt it only fair and also beneficial to him that she gets work done on her?
