I doubt you will find Reer Nuur in Gedo, if you do, they must be recent. Reer Nuur, like Reer Kooshin, are predominately Reer Somaali Galbeed and Reer Galgaduud.

Nuur Diini was curadka Bah Darandoole and the 'wadaad' of Reer Diini. He was the one who lead the funeral prayers and laid the casket of Ugaas Diini in to the ground.

Their jilibs are Axmed, Cabdille, Cali, Ciise, Samatar and Warsame.

Cool. I got to be honest, the only reer diinis who I know about are Reer Kooshin, Reer Dalal, Reer Ugaas Sharmaarke and my tol.

Warsame, Somali Galbeed waa dhul gumeysi ku jiree meey qaar iska soo degaan Gedo? I am surprised u can't find them in Gedo though because many reer kooshin baa hada dego Baardheere tuuloyinka agagaarkeeda ku yaalla.

These subclan names seem to be very common among reer diini subclans kawaran. We got Ahmed Shirwac, Cabdille Shirwac(my tol) and Cali Shirwac.

You guys are confusing Reer ina Nuur with Reer Nuur Diini

Reer Ina Nuur are the descendants of Imaam Nuur bin Mujaahid. They are reer Gedo and Soomaali Galbeed.

Qansa, I know some couple of Reer Kooshins who are Reer Garbaharey, and they always tell me the wildest stories about this tuulo outside Garbaharey where Reer Kooshin Reer Gedo live but I forgot the name.

By the way, the only place Reer Nuur will ever move to is Kismaayo. Some of my reer Nuur uncles have already finished building their houses there.
