Dumb somali guy on tv

i am not 100% sure if he was a somali but his name axmed from sandiego .
i am watching the speeders on True tv where cops stop speeders and other trafic vialoters

anyone can confirm that he was a somali .


the guy gets a ticket for speeding , the officer gave a brake for using HOV line then shows the camera how many speeding tickets he collected, and trys to challenge the officer by saying i am going to take this to court , do i look like a lawyer??? and trys to hand shake the officer where the officer says I dont shake hands ahahahh fcking moron
