Why are korean men hypocrites and liars?

why is it korean men think it is a pride to claim what they are not. They say they are ok when they are hungry, they are engaged when they are so single, they are skinny when they are chuppy, they are rich when they are poor, they are 20 when they are 30 and they don't need a girl when they are desperate for her. isn't this is all hypocritism?. In other society for example the whites, blacks, Afro-origins women don't claim what they are not and don't lie about their age. What is wrong with korean men?

i dont know about the men,
but the women are bat shit loco.
