What happened to the Asmara Group. It seems they have broken into two groups now.

Well firstly I never really supported the Asmara group.
Now it looks like the faction has broken off into pro peace deal and anti, and from what I hear on the ground some of the fighters are disenfranchised too, into goin with Sheik Shariif or Hassan Dahir Aweys.
Politically this kills it for Aweys. He shouldn't of gotten rid of Sheik Shariif like that, now the Asmara group looks like a Habar Gedir party.
Well there are 107 days left for the TFG and co. to fulfill their part of the deal.
