the somaliland army was in the outskirts of the city incase puntland put up a fight, but they didnt

last time i checked isaaqs werent even in lascanod, they were in the out skirts of lascanod, the mountains. just in case puntland put up fight. and we all glad they didnt. the people that will be affected the most would be dhulbahanto if a war broke out between isaaqs and puntland.
