Do You Have A Will Incase You Pass Away

Ever considered what happens to your material possessions if you were to die ?
Folks, get yourself a will. It doesn't cost much, $69 at Legalzoom.com. Last thing you want is for your estate to be the source of conflict/problems.
While you are at it, you might want to get a living will incase you are put on life support and can't make any decisions regarding your health (esp. if you should be taken off it if there is no chance for recovery).

Everything is going to my parents if anything happens to me.
If they are not alive...then it will go equally to my four brothers....thats smiple.
But I dont really have to much to give away at this point in time, so its not something I worry about....

My two cars will go my nephews.
As for my Net Assets:
40% to my Mother
20%to my Father
20% to my siblings
20% to the village I came from to build a Masjid (for the Qaadriyah wadaads not those akhwan), a deep well, and a Veterinary clinic for the Nomads.

well, unlike you, I have not accumlate that much net worth. I have after just joined the work force less than 2yrs ago.
But I will take your "suggestions" into consideration.

I've worked before, but any money I made went to pay for tuition and books etc etc. Nothing was really saved in that time. Now im saving up for a house....
But thanx for wlcing me....

My father wrote a Will 1 year ago. I remember some of the things he included
This is what it states
-List of people that owe him money
-list of all his businesses, partnerships and fixed assets at that date.
- And at the end he stated that it shall be distributed according to Sharia law.
It was pretty extensive but thats all I remember.

Yeah 2 hotels, My family down there own a lot of businesses. Most of it belongs to my moms side of the family .

But you know there are many Somali families that own hotels in Tanazanaia now, Somalis are doing well down there.
I might know your friends, were they from America or Canada?? I have meet ppl from North America at my Grandfathers place and at the hotel.

My will is on file..
...
My current job pays good money in the case that I pass away and this money and my savings will go to my mom...
Some of the money will be used to cremate my corpse.......
