This is what happens when hands are not chopped off..

Post by Alchemist »

Allah created mankind, he knows whats good for them.. When people play god by trying to implement laws other than what Allah had revealed wide corruption spreads through the lands.. Even rich countries are not spared from these type of crimes, take the US for example..

check out this video of crimes in South Africa..

Democracy lovers, sharia haters and fake human rights activists spend more time defending criminals than the innocent..

"Oh cutting of the hands is inhuman"

You know whats inhuman.. A innocent man getting killed for a cellphone is inhuman.. A innocent woman getting raped is inhuman..

One chopped hand will save lives..

One killer getting his head chopped off will save lives..

There is life in Qisas..

I agree, Alchemist, kill killeres cut the hands of thieves off, and don't do it in a dark cell some where.

Kill them in down town Seattle, cut their hands off in the middle of Toronto, see how many people will resort to crime then.

Every stupid kid trynna act hard will straighten out.

These laws are the best of laws and should be followed

Death, and I completely agree, why should a man who rapes a woman live. Even in America they say they are always likely to re offend. Rape is a big crime and the f*cker who does that gets his life taken in Islamic Sharia

In the west it is pettite jail time

theres extreme poverty in South Africa..if people do not address the root causes of such rampant criminal behaviour..and just go about chopping arms..you will have a nation of amputees!

Shirib..if a country is going to rule by the Sharia then i believe they should apply it COMPLETELY BUT with the correct interpretation..not based on the interpretation of ignorant scholars ( I would say the overwhelming majority sadly) who cant use their God given faculties of reasoning, analysing etc! That hadd law serves as a great deterrant and in a country where its people are sufficiently educated about Islam, people who can get the support and help they need from their government if they fall on hard times..this law would be almost rendered obsolete.

ES it will only take few arm chops and the rest will get the point  and anyways i agree with shirib and Alchemist. i believe the policy aye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. you commit a crime, you pay the price at whatever cost.

Surrender walaal ..i clarified my point in my second post

Khalifah Umar Ibn Al Khattab radhiAllah Canhu..suspended this penalty..during the drought that occured in Syria..people were desperate..and as we all know desperate people do desperate things..this includes stealing..so he suspended it out of wisdom and compassion.

When the nation is so poor that people are dying of hunger than yes i agree with you but when the nation is surviving and the criminal a is a 200 pound dude that wants somebody's car than his hand should be chopped off..

For example the poor white lady who got shot in the stomach while pregnant and now her little daughter is handicapped because of it.. Those men who shot her just to get her car are not in need of food..

Same as here in the west.. Why make excuse for a 200 pound dude in New York shooting people for their Air Jordans..

If the people are strong enough to work even if the job is small than the law should be used.
