I came to this conclusion

Post by SummerRain »

And I hope I'm wrong. I feel as though, Somali deen xata isku ma keyni karto. :|

Someone also told me lastnite, I'm emotionless. I didnt care for their thoughts then but now I resent what they said. Just thought I would share.

sister meel aan meshan aheyn ha eegin.
i said it many times as prophet saw said:
khayrukum fil jahiliya khayrukum fel islam.

so qofki religious dabee3adisa ayo ku so gali.
kii akhlaaq huma is badli mahayo.
akhlaaqdisa iyo murankiisa bo ku soo gali islam ka.
kii sharaf badnaana o humanta iskala weyna before deenta
deenta makes him even better.

aniga qofka fi3el kiisa iyo qoolkeesa ayan eega before deentiisa.
nin dadka aflagadeya, emotional, selfish.
hadee kaas deenta dib ombo la soo dontey, wan ka fogaada.

thats my take of this.

What are you upset about exactly?

The part that you dont have emotions or that she said it? or that she could be right?

deen? Did you lend someone money?

You emotionless? From what I have seen you are just articulate strong woman and if that makes you emotionless, well really tell them to stick it! Well let me not get carried away now... whoever told you you are emotionless, ask what makes them think that? How did they come to that conclusion and try to solve it.

Ismahan123:- I don't think you're emotionless at all sis. I don't think there's any human who is emotionless, some are just better at suppressing it than others. I've also noticed that you don't let your emotions cloud your judgment, maybe this is what the person was referring to when they said your emotionless?

About your first point, I agree with what hyperactive said.

 @Hyper and Foxxy. I usually take a shot in the dark when I'm writing Somali and hope understand what the hell I'm trying to convey.

Anyways, For the first part. Ironically, it has to do with lending money(Foxxy :o ). Qof ba inta lacag deymiye few months ago ( a large amount btw) bu inkiray when I told them that I needed the money. Usually I never ask for the money back until they bring it, but this time I needed the money for an important purpose and that fact that its been like a year since I lended it. I'm really shocked by this and since the person is almost like family, I'm clueless as to what to do. :o However, generally speaking, whether its in politics or everyday life, its as if Hypocrisy and greet is embedded in our genetical make up.

About my emtions. When I posted this topic, I was really hurt by the comment made by someone really close to me because I like to think of myself as emtional(when I need to be) and caring person. Now, I'm just like Fukk it. I said what needed to be said whether that made anyone uncomfortable or not is least of my problems.

Bal Let me ask you this: Would you keep your mouth shut( expressing your take) if a group of you were to discuss an sensitive but rather important subject just so that someone inthe group doesnt feel any discomfort? :?

Ismahan,

U lent someone a large sum of money :o Without a receipt or contract :o

Somalis are scoundrels when it comes to personal loans. I prefer to test them with $20 first and when i am in doubt, i'd rather give him/her $100 as a contribution instead of a loan.

This guy owes me $60 from 1996. He avoids me everytime I see him but I am glad I got rid of his annoying arse for $60. I got getting rid of him at a bargain price

To collect:

1. Call for a gogool.

2. Make that person swear on the Kitaab they don't owe u money
