Cali_Gaab is going back to prayer

I haven't prayed the daily 5 prayers for the past.....sinds ramadan probably and ever sinds then everything in my life has been going downhill.
The amount of stress i've had to endure so far has been unbearable, lazyness has increased and i haven't even mentioned the xaraam things.

When i used to pray things used to go much smoother and everything was alxamdulilah, now i need to go back to my old ways.

Starting today.

MashaAllah walaal..We're all in need of God's guidance all the time.


Whenever i missed prayers or neglected the Qur'an..sometimes for months on end..i noticed that life was not good. I was unhappy and i couldnt pinpoint exactly why i was unhappy. It's important to remember that we're not just a physical body..we have a soul and just like the physical body it needs its nourishment too and that we should take time out from the daily grind of life to refocus. Im no way perfect but what keeps me going is the knowledge that we can drop dead at any time. So its best to prepare ourselves.

Islam doesnt need us ..we need Islam..all these actions are for our benefit. InshaAllah life is about balance..so we shouldn't let any one aspect preoccupy us.

Nalia, the answer to your first question would be the same reason as why you even bothered replying.

Honey gyall, i know that but unfortunatly the shaydaan has overpowered me and kept me away from praying, what makes it worse is that alot of times praying doesn't even cross my minds for days or even weeks on end.

Enlighened, that's a good reminder and advice
I don't know why people are so judgmental towards you but just to lift some weight of your shoulders, when i brush up on my salat and diin i shall hunt you down and discuss plans for marriage in the future.
