Summer Killing Season in the Urban Ghetto

Summer is the worst season. The heat makes all the xayawan come out and they begin shooting each other right after maghriib 
The American government should send peace keepers to the ghetto instead of Iraq.
There needs to be disarmament, comprehensive reconstruction projects, development programs for the residents.
