downside.. i have to Straightened 2 times a week

Its a cute hair cut but I would be afraid to go that short. Right now I have long layers that are taking for ever to grow out. I was considering going short by cutting everything even to start fresh but then I lost my nerve. Right now My hair looks something like this.

It is not the same hair cut. Rihanna's haircut has a larger hair volume on the forehead. She practically hides herself in it. Katie's and Posh hair cut is an old style 90s cut.
