She also called for the return of the Green line. These pronouncements from the MAjeertenia authorities is teetering Galkacyo towards a total outright war between the Majeerten and the HG.

I don't think alshbaab would fight one tribe against another tribe unless one of the tribes are non-muslims for example If Oromo christians attack oromo muslims, they alshabaab have the responsibility to help the muslims.
