Do you get mail from the army?

My grandma told me to come over to read the names on the mail and I read them out to her.
Suddenly she found another envelope and told me to look at it. She thought it was a haysis, so I took it and noticed that it was addressed to me...lol. She started laughing.
They said that they would give me a bonus of 20k and a 60k tuition for college. My Aunt had also told me that she gets mail all of the time from the Marines, the Navy and the Army..LMAO.
They've apparently sent the same mail to other relatives of mine as well. I wonder if they even know who they're sending it to.
