Expensive crap company..

They build Dabaq villas (two story and above villas) for prices like 80.000$ (land cost excluded).

If you hire a local engineer and a bunch of jareer guys to do manual labour (which there are many here) and buy your own materials you can get the same outcome for less than 45.000$ as what Mubarak would charge you 80 grand for.

yeah,,, even hillaac constraction is much cheaper
they charge have of what mubarak asks,
but realy they build more beautifull houses than hillaac.

We have been building a 3 story building in Garowe for our branch there, and my relatives contacted Mubarak first and they offered to build it for 300.000$, hilarious! My dad than contacted a local engineer and bought the materials from Bosaso and the building is almost finished and costed 175.000 only..

Mubarak rips off people because of their monopoly position.
