Am doing good awoow. what do you think of the article?

And do you know anything about spiritual healing?


And when you pray do you just do the prayers or do you remain on your praying mat for lil meditation and cibaado. mise like the shampoo (wash and go) you pray and go..lool.

awoowe runta hadi la sheego i wake up at least 2 hours before fajir to do my wotho, read my quran and sunna prayers.
i can remain longer than other salats. but when im in the masjid there is kids that distract me, rauf, can we go swimming, can we go desert iyo wahan lo jogin.lol

so rather to do my after and before salat ebaadah at home.

the artical im reading it and i'll get back to you.

Its totally a non sectarian Muslim site..and has articles from a variety of Muslim Scholars and Intellectuals.

awoowe i read it and i believe quran healing methods .
Allah said in quran that quran is shifa to our body and mental health.

i feel reading quran will help with stress and depration if just people would believe in it.

awowe im not a doctor , my knowledge is next to zero but i belive in Allah's words that quran is shifa.
and also it's phycological, if mare water you belive it's dawa you feel better, when you drink it.lol

believing in things may make big differences when it's just psycological and not physically illness.

I desagree awoow. Beleiving can also make a difference psychologicaly as well as physically.

Placebo aint quiet the same as what we are talking about here.


Placebo ...A substance containing no medication and prescribed or given to reinforce a patient's expectation to get well.

awowe i was taking as rellion put it.
our mind is strong and majority of our illness is from us any ways.
bad life sytles and bad habbits that destroys our immunity system.
following spirtual life style is a big help.

do you believe in Quran saar?

i think the Quran has immense healing powers...i've witnessed this first hand and i am a believer!!

that said, i still do believe in conventional medicine. its a matter of combining the 2 and understand the benefits of both.
