Its no secret that fast food and soda are high in fat and sugar but I wanted to see how much of a difference it would really make if I cut them out.
At the start of the month I cut out all fast food and went from 118 to 110 pounds in 30 days. My friend cut out all soda, soft drinks, and juice. Just by drinking water and herb tea for a month she lost 4 pounds.
It was an inetersting little experment and I do feel a lot healthier but I have just one regret. Im losing my hips and butt
