Yea, u can't do that, and its cause, President is elected and PM is appointed. U can only do the no confidence thing with apoointed people.

Shiribi HG su kuyahay I think anaa ka daran.. at least with shirib, well he is kinda a sweet fool.. all you have to say is 'Allahu Akbar' and he will scream 'My brother Bin Suur!'.. meanwhile I will say 'Waa nijaas nijaas dhalay, waa gaal oo Yahuud ka daran!'
