The Nogal Basin has abundant oil shows, high porosity reservoirs, several large structures and an excellent regional seal. This information, together with the close proximity to Yemen, has analysts and commentators throwing around seriously big numbers for Puntland
That would be the tool to dominate the rest of Somalia til yawmal al-qiyaamah.
