The nastiest wedding ever in VA was when some folks tried to do a different thing and they brought this kind of a semi-naked women do the belly dancing in the wedding  Acuudu Bilaah..The old guys were all like looking down..Very embarassing  I can't stand Alla Owddaas  Everything has a limit..

Belly dancing is an art form. The upper torso action in this clip compares favorably with the very best of hip-hop. I wouldn't mind seeing this as a category on "So You Think You Can Dance". 8) Thank you, Sir!

But I think the crimped responses in this thread underline how poor a match it is for the Somali culture. Even not-so-conservative me finds it inappropriate for a wedding. Maybe for a western-style bachelor party?
