hey Executive ..well..i remember the first day of last Ramadan..i felt sooooo weak i actually wanted to break my fast by midday ...its important to prepare beforehand...so this is what i intend to do this time round inshaAllah..fast a day or two before Ramadan begins..so I get in the swing of things...the first day is always very hard..

Also inshaAllah..to avoid feeling hungry/tired..i intend to eat a healthy suxuur..barley (sareeyn) millet/banana etc..complex carbohydrates..will release a steady flow of energy throughout the day


as for ibaadat..well its very tempting to go to bed right after fajr..and i usually tend to do that ..but this Ramadan..ill stay up a bit and read Qur'an..make dhikr and so on.


T.V viewing will be cut down too i hardly watch much T.V anyway..i could easily live without it for the rest of my life
