for afur i eat samosa, kitchen, barris, hilib, baasto.
but the best suxuur food is weetebix. seriously. it keeps you going the whole day. full of energy. afford fish at dinner or suhuur, even though is full of enegry it does make you thirsty the whole day. drink planty of water, but not juice as it will give you fake hunger. like it will make you think you hugary when all along you just thirsty. thats how people put on weight actually.
