I am not sure about the other allegations you are suggesting, but god fearing individuals to hide/shout behind innocent people (mothers/children/elders) and to indirectly call out B52s to bomb them is a very strange thing to do by a "so called cleric". Why point fingers and call them Alqaida - an enemy invented group to poor people who can barely feed them salves?
