Salaam alaikum Ramadan Kariim ppl !
I used to carry a lot of money $20,000 10,000 euro cash on the streetz of Amsterdam in my chest coat pocket I was guarding it as if I was guarding my own very life. my hand would be constantly on my pocket, on my chest, assuring my self it is there. I always walked with caution, off course I was aware of anyone who comes close to me, scanning every person I see but that was back in the days I'd like to see my self as a good muslim now days of jahiliyaa alhamdillahi I left it
We must be like this with our Iman and with our acts of worship. They are more precious than any money and we must consistent with them by guarding them and protecting them. If this means saying no to a hangout once a week, or saying no to your friends playing basketball, or just saying you'll be late - that's what you have to do.
