The term Midgan is very insensitive. They prefer to be called by their proper name, Marehan. Anywho, yes they do exists and the government policy towards them is that of inclusion. We are a progressive society.

MADHIBAAN are innocent somali people,in PL they are not oppressed .In fact they are treated better than in any other part of Somalia.
