If I was you guys, I would keep even the habar jeclo out of Hargaisa.

Emperior, saaxib what is being done about the water shortage problem in Hargaisa? More boreholes being digged? Aquifiers being tapped into? What is the government doing about this? Hargaisa is growing too fast so it will definately need to enough water to sustain a large population.

Well hargeysa got 1.2 milion est people there is water shortage to mutch people there is this riig in hargeysa there is another one its way this water shortage can be solved very easy if the goverment just put enough in it you know.
