First of all welcome here. Secondly, You are right Somali resources belongs to Somali people wherever they are if there is a central government that governs the revenue

But that's not what's happening in Somalia right now. The south has refused the Internationally recognized government, thus refusing to be part of a central government, so no money Oil for Southerners I am afraid.....

The South is green and it is the source of most agricultural products, are they sharing it with Puntland? We buy the bananas, fruits and everything from them.

The only way I see the south sharing the oil revenue with Puntland is ir we do it courtesy of them being our Somali brothers, and then we might throw them a bone
