Head of the Somali Union is rotated between the 5 different states.

Afars are interested in joining Greater Somalia. They are more interested than Somali Djiboutians in fact.

The Oromos on the other hand, are rapidly becoming Habeshized. They are on the same boat today as the Tigrays or Amharas.
