Sorry guys but there hasn't been an Agreement Reached yet Jibouti. Talks have been postponed to Sunday. But I am very optimistic an agreement will be reach inshallah.
I ran with the first good news I read. It seems only a few are reporting a reached agreement but my close sources told me there hasn't been a agreement just yet. Maybe tomorrow inshallah.

TFG are stalling for time, but then again the ARS are only showboating for the intl. community and couldn't stop al-Shabab from attacking anyways.
Djibouti talks are a waste of time. What is there to even talk about, with the Ethiopian army in Mogadishu?

The meeting in Djibouti is comparable to the 'Meeting of the Muppets'. As the song goes, 'shimbiriyahow heesa, halkan fariistoo, hees wanaagsan heesa'
. The good Sheikh Shariif has lost what sense of realpolitik he had previously, and has become a hired suit.
