There is indeed more $$. My manger told me its about 15% more then what I currently make.

15% is what my manger told me and he said its minimum of 15%. It could be up 25%. I have to meet the HR for the salary increase.

Make sure u negotiate your performance goals carefully. Make sure that they are reasonable and achievable instead of them giving you double the work for only 15-25%. Its not worth the headache if you are getting twice the work for only 15-25%.

Nothing great about it bruv, i went to 2 agencies, to look for a Job, they told me to fill ina long form to register, i said fok it, picked up a 10bag came back home,, an fokin rain aint helping
