Oh wise ...Oxy

 U and your nosiness.

Well todays kids are more 'cool' than compassionate. They may think public display of emotion is embarrasing. they may grieve in private, or they may very well be glad he is dead. The death of a parent is a liberating experience in some special occasions u know. :D

Assalamu Alaikum

About the kids crying. Sometimes they cry so much that there comes a time when are no more tears left. Most people cry at the funeral and at the graveyard as the body is put into the ground.

White people don't cry in public, unless they've completely broken down and can't control themselves.
In Anglo society, grief is an extremely private matter.
Doesn't mean they don't feel it, but Anglo society trains you to not show any emotion in public. Anger, sadness or joy.
It's why the society seems very cold to outsiders.

Losing your job in Anglo society is one of the worst things that can happen to you. They'd rather die. It's a cultural thing.
In Anglo society your self worth is directly tied to your job.
