in college i used to sleep 4-5 hours a day. these days i sleep for 8 to 10 hours a day. life is good.

normal schedule [except ramadan] i sleep at nine and wake up 2 - 230 am.

Jamac you cannot make-up for sleep. This idea is preposterous, and your not the first one I've heard saying that.

My sister did not sleep for at least a day, and then she told me, "I'm going to make up for the sleep I missed," Excuse me? How are you going to do that? Are you going to sleep for a day, because then you're making up for it.

The only thing you can do is sleep 8-10 hours which is the recommended time.
