I have heard that the population of Berbera is very low due too the fact that they all left the place for Hargeisa. Anyway when is the election due? and is Kulmiye In led?

BBC reported few years back berbera has a very low population, the port doesn't work its hot there other cities are booming people need jobs.

Xaamud.. abti the election will be held in March, but what they are doing now is vote Registiration, to see who is eligbtle to vote!!! so far the counting is just under 5k shocking
but its not finished yet, not even close!!!
