On the other hand, African official steal billions and billions of dollars and they get of with just a slap on the wrist. Lets face it, there is no way that continent could make any real progress with that level of corruption.
If china, a country with a gdp of over 6 trillion dollars, and a relatively high standard of living gives the death penalty for corruption, why not africa. A continenent where most of the people live in severe poverty, agony and misery. Corruption in africa is a crime against humanity and should be treated as such.
